Dr. Mary Hinesly

Dr. Mary D. Hinesly is a Professor of Executive Education at the Ross School of Business, specializing in digital transformation, business communication, and leadership. She earned her Doctorate from the University of Grenoble and has over 20 years of private sector experience, including as a COO in retail. Dr. Hinesly teaches BBA, MBA, and executive education students and has been recognized for her teaching excellence. She also consults for major companies like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft on innovation and technology.

Dr. Amy Young

Dr. Amy M. Young is a Lecturer III at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, specializing in business communication and organizational effectiveness. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and has a strong research background in workplace communication and digital collaboration. Dr. Young has held academic and research positions at Eastern Michigan University and the Institute for Research on Women & Gender.
